Traveling in Indonesia on a yacht (yachter).

You are prohibited from selling goods or services.
You are prohibited from receiving rewards or wages from individuals or companies in Indonesia.

Document Requirement :
Present the following documents to the immigration officer upon arrival for immigration inspection:
Passport valid for at least 6 months.
Outbound ticket from Indonesia.
Social visa
With this visa you can :

Carry out activities related to religious preachers but not in an employment relationship with parties in Indonesia.
Conducting activities related to tourism, and visiting friends or family.
Receive compensation, wages, or similar from individuals or corporation in Indonesia.
Stay up to 60 days ( extendable)

Respect local customs, culture, and wisdom .
Comply with all visa conditions and Indonesia laws.
Have sufficient living expenses while in Indonesia.

Staying in Indonesia over the period of your stay permit, engaging in prohibited activities, not complying with visa conditions, and/or not complying with Indonesian laws may result in you paying fines, being deported, and/or other legal charges.
You are prohibited from selling goods or services.
You are prohibited from working in an employment relationship with an individual or corporation in Indonesia.

Document Requirement
Passport valid for at least 6 (six) months (for holders of travel documents other than passports such as emergency passports, documents of identity, etc. must be valid for 12 months).
Personal bank statement with minimum amount USD $2000 or equivalent the last 3 months period (including name, date of period, and balance account).
Latest color photograph.
Proof of guarantee from the guarantor
Invitation from the person or organization directly responsible for the event or events, which explains the details of the agenda and the material to be presented.
Business Visa
With this visa you can :

Conducting activities related to market goods or services in MICE or Trade Fair.
Conducting activities related to tourism, and visiting friends or family.
Stay up to 60 days ( Extendable )
Other information :
Staying in Indonesia over the period of your stay permit, engaging in prohibited activities, not complying with visa conditions, and/or not complying with Indonesian laws may result in you paying fines, being deported, and/or other legal charges.
You are prohibited from selling goods or services, unless necessary as part of the MICE or Trade Fair in which you are participating.
You are prohibited from receiving rewards, wages, or any similar from individuals or corporations in Indonesia.

Proof of having living expenses worth USD 2000 or equivalent.
A recent color photograph.

Invitation from government agencies or private institutions (company etc.) as the host of the MICE or Trade Fair.
Multiple Bussines Visa
With this visa you can :

Conducting activities related to start a business, including field surveys and/or feasibility studies.
Conducting activities related to tourism, and visiting friends or family.
Stay up to 180 days ( extendable)

Staying in Indonesia over the period of your stay permit, engaging in prohibited activities, not complying with visa conditions, and/or not complying with Indonesian laws may result in you paying fines, being deported, and/or other legal charges.
You are prohibited from selling goods or services.
You are prohibited from receiving rewards, wages, or any similar from individuals or corporations in Indonesia.

Document Requirement :

ITAS INVESTOR
You should meet the following requirements to obtain an Investor Kitas:

The investor should have a minimum of 10 billion IDR per shareholder

The company’s paid-up capital should have a minimum of 10 billion IDR, which also has a requirement to declare minimum investment plan 10 billion IDR.

The sponsor company can start sponsoring Investors once it has obtained a Business Registration Number (NIB) and trading licenses (Ijin Usaha), foreign company investment realization report (LKPM, this report should be conducted every three months), company’s documents, the ID card and tax number (NPWP) of the company’s representative (should be valid)
